Group 1 Part 1

In this video, we look at group 1 – the alkali metals. First we look at how the group 1 metals react with oxygen and how group 1 metals get more reactive as we move down group 1. We then look at this reaction in terms of electron movement. Finally, we explore how the group 1 metals react with chlorine gas.
